You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Only one account per person is permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

Attempt to manipulate dreamed-about tallies through bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any other artificial means.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from DreamedAbout.com without prior written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Dream Logs

All dream logs submitted to DreamedAbout.com are public and visible to other users. Dream logs are subject to moderation and may be removed at admin discretion at any time and for any reason.

7. Sponsored Content

Some entries on DreamedAbout.com are paid placements from entertainment companies, record labels, PR firms, and similar organisations. These are clearly marked with a ✦ Featured badge wherever they appear. Sponsored entries are always public figures or fictional characters and are subject to the same policies as all other entries.

8. Aggregate Data

Anonymized, aggregate trend data — such as which public figures are most dreamed about, how tallies change over time, and descriptor breakdowns — may be shared with or sold to third parties including entertainment industry partners.

No personally identifiable information is included in any data sold or shared. Your email address, username, and individual account data are never part of these reports.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

DreamedAbout.com is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of data, or the availability of any specific features.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamedAbout.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site.
